Previously, car owners had to initially pay a fine and tow truck services and only after that they could appeal the decision on the legality of the actions of the tow truck, which, as practice shows are often outside the legal framework.
It is also worth noting that the local authorities will also determine the amount that the driver will have to pay for the evacuation. Currently, the service of a tow truck is the most expensive for the residents of the capital, where it varies between 3-7 thousand rubles. depending on the volume and power of the vehicle.
