The long-awaited decline in prices for used cars from abroad did not last long. Why and who is against in the article.
As everyone remembers, a law was recently passed, which says about the reduction of the excise rate on the luck of used cars from abroad. But less than half a year later, the Verkhovna Rada started talking about the abolition of this law.
One of the people's deputies from the "Party of Renaissance" group, namely Dmitry Svyatash, is seeking its abolition. He is the former president of the AIS corporation. Thanks to the deputy, the corresponding draft resolution has already been registered. As Svyatash points out, the consideration of the new law was held with gross violations in relation to Articles 121, 129 and 117. This is exactly the explanation he indicated in a note to the draft resolution. It is already known that this resolution will be considered from 14 to 17 June, as a result, the speaker has no right to sign the new law passed before this consideration. Many say this is a typical case of sabotage of a new law. In such a case, consideration will drag on until one of the parties agrees with the results.
In the absence of all against, the law will be signed and immediately sent for signature to the President of Ukraine. Previously, a similar situation was with the deputies from the Samopomich faction, it was they who spread the rumor that the President wants to veto this law. But alas, the information spread quickly and the presidential administration denied these rumors. Petro Poroshenko said that anyone can go to the website of the head of state and see the status of this or that law.
On the network, many motorists are already talking about the fact that this situation with the decree has dragged on for a long time, and the period when the law expires is small. In other words, the deputies deliberately delay the adoption in order to reduce the term of the law.
