The indicator of 53% of those who do not refuse to buy was both in large cities with a million people in Russia, and in small ones with a population of about 250 thousand people.
Today, the chain of buying a car in Russia is complicated by the fact that due to security measures, many organizations and structures are simply closed. Most likely, the revitalization of the movement for the registration of documents will begin to the extent that the restrictions are lifted.
